Strategic Advancement’s Five-Step Approach to Executive Recruitment:

1. Job Requirements Planning

We meet with management personnel to identify the position requirements (education, experience, motivation and cultural fit), where the ideal candidate might be presently working, and what type of organization would provide the candidate with the most appropriate experience.

2. Job Profile and Description

We work closely with you to develop a profile of the ideal candidate for each open position. We gather information on your corporate culture, philosophy, management style, job responsibilities, necessary professional skills and experience, education, compensation, and preferred personal traits.

3. Candidate Search

Using our confidential international database and other sources to conduct industry-specific searches, we locate and identify candidates who match your job description. We leverage our extensive Global Outplacement Alliance network to move the process along quickly and efficiently.

4. Interviewing Candidates

We conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess how well they fit your requirements. Your company’s identity is only revealed (with your prior consent) if a candidate appears to be the right fit. We have the ability to verify references, and conduct background, criminal and credit checks on the final candidate to ensure that you’re getting the best of the best in all areas.

5. Job Candidate Selection

We arrange for you to interview recommended candidates, and assist you in the final selection, offer and acceptance process. Once the candidate joins your company, we stand behind our selection by guaranteeing their position for six months.
