Candidate Search
We conduct industry-specific research to identify candidates who
best fit your criteria. We also utilize our network of contacts,
which we developed to assist in quickly locating the right
candidates.
Interviewing
We interview potential candidates on a strictly confidential basis
to assess how well they fit your needs. Your company is never
identified without your consent. We conduct reference checks on
potential candidates and provide you with summaries of their
background.
Evaluation/Testing
We offer pre-employment assessment testing, which evaluates an
individual's learning ability, interests, and personality traits
and assesses their likelihood of success in a particular position.
Selection
We arrange for you to interview your preferred candidates and
assist with the selection process.
